A New Life...

Their sweet, precious little hands, tiny feet, fragile limbs, these tiny people…we refer to them as babies. - our own are always the sweetest, most beautiful, and definitely the most precious thing on Earth.

Life full of possibility, newness, love, and wonder.

Friends, family, parents, aunts, uncles gather around to visit, to hold, to watch.

Some can’t wait to hold the new precious life in their arms, some are more timid, and some prefer to sit afar and watch this new family unfold.

There is nothing more precious and lovely than a new life – we want to capture every moment of it.
Our babies grow, become children, and develop into adults.

What we as parents see and remember is those first few moments. Always. Forever. No matter what.
This is love.

This is where the state of having no conditions on our love and devotion lives.

We can stare at them for hours...wondering how their life will turn out, fascinated by this new life we have brought into the world, falling in love.

As the person with the camera, the photographer, I get the chance to capture these lovely moments, so the family has the image of newness, love, and wonder – forever.

Families are amazing, kids are so much fun, and teenagers have a magical vitality about them.

Babies, though, only last for what seems like a few minutes.

That first yawn, first smile, and that moment when they grab on to your hand.

These moments are fleeting and pass by in the time it takes to blink.

This is one of the best opportunities I have had as a photographer.
